By accessing and using BookUploadPro ("we," "us," "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

BookUploadPro provides browser extensions and a web-based dashboard that streamlines the process of uploading books to multiple publishing platforms including, but not limited to, Amazon KDP, Kobo, Draft2Digital, IngramSpark, and Apple Books.

Our service includes field mapping, file validation, automated workflows, and usage tracking across supported marketplaces.

You must create an account to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

BookUploadPro offers various subscription plans with different usage limits. Plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected.

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start your trial.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Usage limits reset on a monthly basis (based on UTC timezone).

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to upload copyrighted material without authorization
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or system security
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

The BookUploadPro service, including all software, design, content, and trademarks, is the property of BookUploadPro or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you upload through our service. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transmit your content to the publishing platforms you select.

We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit through our service.

BookUploadPro provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We are not responsible for delays, errors, or failures in the uploading process that are caused by third-party publishing platforms or outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookUploadPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BookUploadPro operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
